It is basic skills development instructions/tools provided to children/ young adults to address gaps in some of the core areas such as the 3R’s – Reading, Writing and Arithmetic.

Remedial programs are based on individual assessment to bridge the gap between what a child knows and what he is expected to know based on his age/grade level.

An Individualized Education Programme (IEP) is drawn up with plans, goals and progress charts to assist the child to accelerate progress and improve literary and numerical skills and filling cognitive gaps.

Remedial Programs are individually planned to suit the needs of the learner.

It involves the planning of long term & short term goals in the domain of academics, behavioral & emotional concerns based on the assessment reports.

Through specific Remedial teaching strategies, the child is supported to overcome and set clear and specific targets, set achievable objectives, review and revise and get rewarded for achievements
